Welcome back to our channel!
In todays episode me and Rhys are installing another Velux window into the front of the roof. There wasn't an existing one here so when the roof was stripped off we had to frame out.
What our channel is about:
We bought this semi-detached bungalow in August 2022 and given ourselves 3years to flip the property and sell on. We have a target budget of £70,000! Natasha is the editor and video maker, while Rhys is the builder (a carpenter by trade). We plan on doing 95% of the work ourselves to keep costs down.
This channel is for documenting our experiences - Good or Bad. This is our first time doing anything like this with full times jobs! Can we stick within our budget?
