Описание: This shows how to make a simple punches for decorating metal. A blank is shaped, the tip is hardened and the shank is tempered. This method can be used for making most of the tools needed to do chasing on jewelry and metal vessels. Heavier tools will require larger torches to temper them. PLEASE be sure to temper your tools if you make your own, untempered tools could shatter due to stresses in the metal after hardening the tips.
