I needed a dust collector so I went on YouTube and quickly found Chris Notap's video for making a dust collector out of two home depot buckets. Chris' videos are genius and I was so excited to make this project! I followed his instructions but found that my shop vac hose was bigger and the home depot buckets I had were designed a tiny bit differently. Here I'm just showing the modifcations I made using 2" rubber couplers instead of 2" rubber caps to make everything in his video work for my shop vac.
