How to Design Among Us Party Blowout using Photoshop | Illustrator | Silhouette Studio Print & Cut

Today I am showing you how to design an Among Us themed Party Blowout in Photoshop.
I am using Photoshop CC 2021; I have the Creative Cloud plan. However, only the Photography Plan($9.99/month) is truly needed.
For this tutorial: I will also be using Adobe Illustrator, and Silhouette Studio Business Edition. There's also a clip of Inkscape software also for anyone who doesn't have access to Adobe Illustrator.
