Inverse shadowing – audio flashcards for learning English expressions at C1 level.
1-hour MP3 recording (MONO): EN B1 voice → pause → EN C1 voice.

How does it work?
Each audio session lasts 1 hour and contains 10 C1-level English expressions recorded in a loop.
Recording structure:
Polish voice
short pause
English voice

After a few minutes, you will start saying the English expressions on your own, before the speaker.
After 1–2 hours of listening, most learners are able to master 4–5 expressions at the level of recognition and pronunciation.

Who is the “Let’s go to C1” series for?
For everyone who:
knows English at B-level,
wants to systematically expand their vocabulary with C1-level expressions,
prefers learning through listening and speaking rather than reading.

What does the series include?
The first “Let’s go to C1” series consists of:
120 episodes
60 episodes PL → EN
60 episodes in a simplified EN-only version
Total: 600 C1-level English expressions
Vocabulary covers:
collocations
(take, make, have, give, set, go)
phrasal verbs
linking expressions
advanced adjectives
The vocabulary selection is based on Oxford data.
Voice provided by Google.
Release schedule:
3 times a week, approx. 30 expressions per week
the order of episodes does not matter
The first series will run until 2 April 2026.
All comments and suggestions will be taken into account when creating future series.
