Описание: We Indians are very prone to get tanned fast. Our skin usually belongs to the skin type 4 to 6 , so our r skin type usually reacts to the sunlight by getting tanned, why do we get tanned? Tanning is a natural mechanism. When the sunlight falls on the skin, there is something called as melanocyte. So this is a protective mechanism to prevent the skin for the harmful rays of the sun. But we Indians usually don’t like the line that is present at the end of the hands and the neck. There are two different tanning that happens, one that happens immediately after you come from outside, which stays for few minutes to hours and it goes off. The second type of tanning is if you are a person who workers under the sun for a long time or if your job is like travelling for a long time in the sun, then that type of tanning starts weeks later and that is something that is going to be for weeks and months together. How can you protect yourself from the tan? You can prevent going out in the sun at peak hours, for example from 11 am to 2 pm, where the sun is at its peak, you can protect yourself by wearing protective clothings when you drive like the gloves and masks, helmet can prevent from the harmful radiation of the sun. Use of a sunscreen is very important. Sunscreen comes in various forms like creams gels, mousse, sprays , you can choose among these which suits your skin type. There are even oral sunscreens available where you can chew before you go out in the sun and take one when you are going to go on a holiday in a very hot climate, the clothing, wear a light coloured clothing that reflects most of the sunlight and carry an umbrella whenever possible and even a scarf or a dupatta when you go out in the sun. All these small things can prevent in a long term in tanning, there are various ways how you can get rid of the tan. There are various procedures and creams to get rid of the tan. The most important thing is how well you use your sunscreen. It has to be used at least 15 to 20 minutes before you step out If your house. So you need to use the adequate amount to the exposed areas various depigmenting creams containing kojic acid-glycolic acid, can be applied in the night which gradually peels the skin and gives the normal colour to the skin or if your tan is really resistant you can go for repeated sessions that will restore back your skin colour.
