The Indore court heard the report on the survey conducted by the Archaeological Survey of India on Bhojshala. The petitioner and the defendants stated that they had received copies of the survey report, but the court did not make the ASI report public.

भारतीय पुरातत्व सर्वेक्षण द्वारा भोजशाला पर किए गए सर्वे की रिपोर्ट पर इंदौर कोर्ट में सुनवाई हुई। याचिकाकर्ता और प्रतिवादियों की ओर से बताया किया उन्हें सर्वे रिपोर्ट की प्रतियां मिल चुकी है। जिसके एएसआई की उस रिपोर्ट को कोर्ट ने सार्वजनिक नहीं किया।
