Welcome to this video. In this video, I will cover the Other Income tab in the ARGUS Multi-Family Model. Let’s get into it.
As the name suggests, the Other Income tab allows me to model out additional revenue on top of the rental revenue. It could be laundry, billboard, parking, vending or any other type of revenue. I can model up to 30 types of other income on a monthly basis. Let’s say I have a 100,000 dollars other income in the first month. Let’s go to the Annual Cash Flow Summary tab. I can see the 100,000 dollars show up in the cash flow. The Other Income tab provides the flexibility to model additional revenue in the ARGUS Multi-Family Model. Everything looks good.
