Описание: Hello, everyone! Today, we’re diving into an automated bank expense reconciliation workflow created with Abstra.

In this workflow, expenses are imported from an external source and automatically matched with those recorded by your finance team using AI. The process can be triggered via your bank's API, directly importing expense statements, or manually by uploading a spreadsheet.

Let’s see how it works. From the Threads screen, we start by importing data via the bank API. The expenses are processed, and an IF clause checks for any unreconciled items. If found, a form is generated to review and reconcile them manually. This form displays each bank expense alongside matching entries from the financial database, allowing for comparison even when minor details differ.

The "Use AI to Decide" button makes it easier by suggesting the best database entry for each unreconciled expense. If you don't use a bank API, expenses can be entered manually through a spreadsheet, starting a similar reconciliation process.

In the summary page, we see all reconciled expenses for final approval, and any unreconciled items can be reviewed with the help of Abstra AI.
