CAMPAIGN SYNOPSIS:
New York City’s glittering skyline hides a city on edge—its streets tense with unrest, its shadows deeper than ever before.

The truth is known only to a few: a primordial darkness stirs beyond mortal comprehension. Ancient alien symbiotes, long thought dormant and contained, have not vanished—they are weapons held close by the city’s most dangerous players. These living shadows are tools in a grander, more sinister game, quietly tipping the scales of power behind closed doors.

Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin, now rules New York as its mayor, enforcing strict laws that outlaw all vigilantes. His grip tightens the city’s throat, turning former heroes into fugitives and forcing them underground. His own motives remain as inscrutable as ever—whether he’s using this unrest to solidify his power or preparing for something darker still is anyone’s guess.

In this game of shadows, friends may betray, enemies may become allies, and the line between justice and survival blurs. The heroes must navigate political oppression, hidden agendas, and a creeping cosmic menace—all while struggling to reclaim the city they once protected.
