So in this recipe I am going to share the quickest and easiest recipe of Aloo/Potato Masala for Dosa and an yummiest coconut chutney.

1 tsp Split Black Lentils
1 tsp Split Chickpeas
Asafoetida
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Split Green Chilis
Dried Red Chilis
10-12 Curry Leaves
1 Sliced Onion
1 tbsp Chopped Ginger
Salt
1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
Fresh Coriander

FOR COCONUT CHUTNEY:
2 tsp Oil
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
Asafoetida
8-10 Curry Leaves
2-3 Green Chilis
1 pc Ginger
2-3 Garlic Pods
3 tbsp Roasted Peanuts
Roasted Chickpeas
1 pc Tamarind
1/2 Coconut
Salt
1-2 tsp Sugar
Mustard Seeds
1 tsp Split Black Lentils
