How I made my fake pockets into real ones. There are probably more elegant ways to fix fake pockets, but here is my take :)
I think they way to do it is exactly how one would imagine it. Open up and add fabric on the edges to form a pocket. Hope it helps someone! :)

Material:
Cotton fabric for the pockets (or whatever you prefer)

Chapters:
00:00 - Start and open up with seam ripper
01:12 - Make pocket pattern
02:28 - Prepare pocket fabric
02:58 - Add pocket fabric to pants
04:32 - Done :)
