He begins by explaining how in his Property Development journey he has been involved in a lot of Joint Venture Property. Whilst he has achieved some amazing results with a Joint Venture Agreement, other JV Property deals haven’t worked out as well perhaps due to not picking the right Joint Venture partner or not communicating properly.

Simon stresses how JV Property Management does involve working with someone for 5-10 years to then pay them a lot of profit, whereas you could put effort into finding people who will just lend you the money through Private Loan Property. The best approach is to move away from Joint Venture and familiarise yourself with Private Loans where you can own the full asset instead.
