Philippine National Police Chief Gen. Nicolas Torre III visited the wake of Patrolman Harwin Curtney Baggay at the QCPD headquarters in Camp Karingal on Tuesday (July 1). Baggay, 28, was killed in an armed encounter with a suspected robber early Monday morning in Commonwealth, Quezon City.
