This episode of From the Star Wars Home Video Library focuses upon the European release of the Ultimate Soundtrack Collection, which includes the "A Musical Journey" DVD.
Note: As expected, soundtrack collectors have been able to help pin this set down. Apparently it was indeed released in multiple regions, including the U.S., and was identical across regions, so this could very well be an American copy. There really weren't "regional" copies it seems, if we're talking about North America and Europe.
