The sausage and egg mcmuffin is one of the more popular menu items at mcdonalds, so i thought...why not learn how to make my own. The benefit of course being, is you know what's in it, and without a doubt they taste much better! You get that nice char on the outside of the pork pattie, then it's topped with american cheese and a gooey fried egg (something the mcdonalds version lacks). Follow my recipe, and you'll wonder why you ever bought one.
