IMPORTANT; As a resident of Mexico, producing solar energy through having solar panels on your property. You may produce more energy than you consume. As a result, the CFE, will credit your energy consumption and give it back to you on the months in the year that you produce less energy. Nine times out of ten, your solar system will be producing just about the right amount of energy for your household. There are other programs that the CFE offer that allow you to be a supplier of energy to the CFE. However, you would need to set yourself up as a registered company here in Mexico.
