The Mount Freedom Bargain Store

Описание: Ron and Susie Lutz owned and operated the Mount Freedom Bargain Store in Ware, Missouri. When my parents were first married and looking for land to build a home on they stopped into the store. The Lutz's owned a hundred acres. My mom stayed with Susie and visited while Ron drove my Dad to a section of property he thought would work for what my Dad wanted. Ron and Susie wound up selling my parents half of their acreage and the rest was sold off in small lots throughout the years. Both them and the store are now long gone but our home place and the property that they sold my parents remains, much the same as my parents envisioned. I have countless memories of the old store and I loved Ron and Susie very much. For anyone still around that knew of the Lutz's and their old store I hope this little song and video speaks to you, and for others that may carry similar memories of people and places like this I hope it means something to you, although Ron, Suzie, and " The Mount Freedom Bargain Store, " were certainly one of a kind.
