Hello all, its World of the Arms here. I decided to try my chances yet again and buy an Italian 1891 Carcano from RTI (Royal Tiger Imports). I bought one while they were on sale for $250. Shipping was $50. I paid $300 total for the firearm. In this video I will go over the rifle which I received from them.
