Heres my summary for the problems I have with the game I'm going over in this video
1. All content is nerfed in XP from new "lazy scaling". (exluding nightmare dungeons/helltides)
2. Classes/players get insta nerfs but have to wait weeks
to months for buffs and quality of life.
Dev's make fake reasons for why a change can't happen
quickly then prove its doable easily.
IE Scroll of Amnesia
3. Too many lazy "positive" affixes in nightmare dungeons.
4. Too many negative affixes in nightmare dungeons.
5. Vulnerable damage is the deciding factor for whether any build can work or not. In example does your build have a baked in vulnerability application if so the build is probably viable. If not you might have a lot of low damage periods. Vulnerable damage not applying to overpower dmg is another reason overpower isn't viable. Exploit glyph doesn't apply vulnerable ever for sorcerers/necros so this limits them even more in their choices because it has a different function for some reason.
