In this episode of Tough Rules & Cool Interactions, I will continue to dip my toes into the pool that is State-Based Actions, this time taking a look specifically at the SBA known as The Legend Rule. Future videos about other SBAs are soon to follow, some that are far more encountered than The Legend Rule yet more 'hidden', but for now I will try to clear up some of the confusion about this one in particular.
