Having ADHD made being childfree the best option for me. While I wasn't diagnosed when I made the decision to be childfree, my life experience with ADHD made it clear to me that if I wanted to optimize for happiness and wellbeing, choosing a childfree life was the way to go.

I'm not saying that people with ADHD shouldn't have kids, but I can confidently say that it was the right choice for me.
