Hi, my name is Michelle and I am 41 years old. I self discovered a lump in my left breast, had it checked out by my doctor who sent me in for immediate testing.
I had a 3D mammogram plus ultrasound and ended up needing to get a biopsy asap.
I document what it was like getting a biopsy and waiting for the results.
Follow me as I document my journey! I want to help others out as they have helped me.
UPDATE: Originally I was told that the invasive ductal carcinoma was metastatic, that it originated someplace else first. But later found out it did originate in the breast.
The first thing we do when we need more info is go to YouTube right? I have never been a "YouTuber" but I feel like this is my calling right now. Also, documenting is keeping me sane.
