My 7 year natural realistic transformation, working like crazy for years. Obviously starting very skinny with a small frame (ectomorph) I needed to eat alot and bulk up to add muscle mass. Ive been eating high protein meals ever since I started & i feel like this has contributed to my gains alot! Not using too many supplements, only like whey, creatine monohydrate & some pre-workout from time to time when I really needed it. Hope you enjoyed the video!
