There are thousands of shoulder exercises that will work the front delts, the rear delts or the mid delts. But very few out there that will target them all in one exercise. This is my favorite shoulder exercise that has helped me build my shoulders. I wanted to share it with all of you hopping it will help you as well.
This shoulder superset or shoulder exercise is great if you want to blast your shoulders and have limited time in the gym. Or if you want to throw it into your current shoulder workout. Give it a try and feel the burn.
I recommend doing only 3 sets of 15 reps per workout and watch your delts get bigger, stronger and rounder. ENJOY!
