"I purchased Mistral Prodigy from Windsurf & Snow at Long Reef in 2001. Now WSS Boards.
Went from begginer to carve jibing on that board alone.
Sailed it in all conditions from light wind to 20+ kt, thrashed the fark out of it resulting in sections of deck delamination.
In 2009 stripped the deck sections either side of centreboard box down to the foam blank and installed reinforced deck with divinycell and 12oz glass, then new paint job in sky blue and entire deck re grip with epoxy and caster sugar. The day of footage the board was sailed with 7.0 gasstra matrix and 50cm prodigy race fin that came with the board.
In 2018 the board was regripped again and racing stripes added.
Still sailable and in mint condition after 25 years of faithful service.
It is the jumbo jet of saiboards."
