Big strides were made today at the construction site. The long beams that will support the roof trusses were put in place today.
These beams were placed atop the posts using a 90 tonne crane. It was impressive to watch the crane operator and crew gently place these huge timbers into place on top of the posts, while threading the ready-rod through the pre-drilled holes which were then secured in place. Great work!
