There are 22 Kuji-Kiri meditation locations available in Assassin's Creed Shadows, spread across the entire map. For this achievement, you will have to finish all 22 of them.

To make them easier, you can go to Options, then Gameplay, and change Quick Time Events to Auto. The mini-games will now play themselves.
