SUMMARY:
The goal of this Hearthstone Control Deck / Hearthstone Attrition Deck is very simple: Use Priest's natural ability to be an annoying control class to make our opponent run out of resources AND use the Fabled Medivh package to swing the board at any point later in the match! This deck uses quite a large amount of new cards and also just uses tons of control tools and tools that allow us to win the lategame with minimal investment. New cards such as Amber Priestess, Power Word: Barrier, Cease to Exist, Disciple of the Dove, Intertwined Fate, Cleansing Lightspawn, Divine Augur, Soldier of the Bronze (this is just a placeholder card since I didn't have a second Divine Augur), Eternus (one of my favorite new cards), and of course Medivh the Hallowed which is a Fabled card which includes Karazhan the Sanctum and Atiesh the Greatstaff in the deck let you control, destroy, and disrupt your opponent while building up strength with the minions in your hand and also gain TONS of healing plus value. Other cards such as Psychic Conjurer, Madame Lazul, Elise the Navigator, Atlasaurus, and Avatar of Hearthstone allow you to get tons of value and random goods generated. Other than that we just run some disruption and control cards like Holy Smite, Dirty Rat, Holy Nova, and Natalie Seline (which is our 7 cost for Elise). This deck honestly felt pretty good and Eternus genuinely shocked me at how good it was, especially since for some reason I initially thought it only counted max HP and I forgot you can just damage enemy minions so that even a low HP Eternus can Mind Control an enemy minion.
