It's the 2023-24 NBA season and LeBron James has left the Lakers to rejoin the Cavs with his son, Bronny James. The keys to the team has been left to Anthony Davis, and he has since recruited Jayson Tatum to join the team. Last season, the Lakers failed to make the playoffs after Anthony Davis sat out for 66 games to fully recover from injury. They received the #6 pick in the draft and selected Amari Bailey from UCLA.
The 76ers have traded away Ben Simmons in a 3-team deal and received Kyrie Irving in return. They selected PF Kenneth Lofton late in the first round of the draft.
