400 gms Curd (dahi)
7 Onions (fried till golden)
3 Tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
4–5 Green Chillies
4–5 Cashews
2 Tbsp Chironji
2 Tbsp Desiccated Coconut
2 Tbsp Kewra Water
1 Cup Mustard Oil
Pinch of Mace (javitri)
Pinch of Nutmeg (jaiphal)
2 tsp Garam Masala Powder
Salt (as per taste)
🌶️ Masala Ingredients:
7 Tbsp Coriander Powder
2 tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder
¾ tsp Turmeric Powder
2 tsp Red Chilli Powder (Spicy)
🌿 Whole Spices Used:
1 tsp Black Pepper
7–8 Cloves (Laung)
2 Big Cardamom (Badi Elaichi)
6 Green Cardamom
1 Cinnamon Stick (Dalchini)
2 Bay Leaves (Tej Patta)
1 tsp Cumin Seeds (Jeera)
