Описание: Acting U.S. Secret Service Ronald Rowe said agents who violated policy during the Trump rally shooting will be "held accountable" and called the agency's actions to prevent the tragedy a "failure."

"If policy violations by Secret Service personnel are identified by the agency's mission review, those individuals will be held accountable, and they will be held accountable to our fair and thorough disciplinary process," he said in a rare news conference.
