Coffee brownies with mousse in microwave by nains corner

Delicious chocolate coffee brownies with coffee mousse topping. Soft like sponge and delicious taste.
Ingredients:
All purpose flour. Maida: 3/4 Cup
Coco powder: 1/4 cup
Granulated sugar...I prefer crushing at home: 1/4 cup
Baking powder: 1tsp full
coffee: 3 quarters to 1 tsp, according to your liking
Egg: 1
Milk: 1/2 cup
Oil: 1/4 cup
Procedure:
Add all purpose flour, coco powder, sugar, baking powder and coffee into a mixing bowl and mix well.
Add egg, milk and oil to the bowl and beat really nicely so its a smooth mixture free of lumps.
Grease a baking tray and add mixture to it and keep it in microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.
SPECIAL NOTE: Make sure you turn on the microwave when you keep your mixture in it 😂😂 **Kidding**
To check if the brownies are completely baked form inside take a knife or fork and press into the brownies. If it comes out with some residue then they need to b baked more. If it comes out clean then your brownies are ready.
Wait for them to cool down.
Ingredients for Mousse/ topping:
Cream: 1 pack
sugar: According to your taste.
Coco powder: 2 tbsp approx.
Coffee: 1 tsp level.
Procedure:
Add all the ingredients in a bowl and beat them with beater. you can use and beater or fork if you dont have and electric beater.
pour the mousse on the brownies and add chocolate syrup and chocolate chips on the top.
