Bends Spirals and Hoops efficiently and accurately
A Unique Drive System, including two independent variable speed motors and all powered drive rolls, assures efficient and accurate forming of continuous spirals or single hoops.
Motor control system is programmable by the operator. Features of the motor control include jog mode, variable speeds (forward or reverse), soft start and stop, plus much more.
Micro Control System enables operator to preset number of turns, number of identical hoops or spirals, diameters and to store bar size and diameter for future recall.
Heavy Duty construction and low maintenance requirements assure a long, dependable life span.
Horizontal Module pivots out of way for running straight bar spirals or hoops.
Options include a heavy duty coil payoff (carousel) and shear module with a #6 bar capacity
Like all our machinery, the RMS Spiral Machine conforms to UL Standard 508A Industrial Control Panels and is Certified to CAN/CSA Standard C22.2 No.14-05 Industrial Control Equipment
