Making Homemade Lemon Extract

Описание: Hello and welcome to Old Ways Gardening and Prepping.🍀 Would like to welcome you each out to the shed of many names this afternoon. Today we're going to have a little bit of fun using some leftover lemons from making the pie.

Making your own homemade extracts are easier than people realize. So many like to make it complicated when it's not. Have to admit nothing tastes better than homemade lemon extract. The best part of making your own is that you know exactly what's in it.

Two simple ingredients and the jar size of your choosing.

Lemons - preferably organic if possible and or homegrown
80 proof vodka

Hope this video encourages you to make your own lemon extract for cooking. As long as you follow the instructions in the video you will do fine just believe in yourself.
