Second hostage released at Chase Bank building in Bakersfield

Описание: Bakersfield police confirmed at around 9 p.m. that a second hostage was able to be released as crisis negotiations with a man continue in downtown Bakersfield amid a bomb threat at the Chase Bank building. Police said he barricaded himself inside the building with "several community members."
