This is the second of three videos on the 3 Statements of Garab Dorje, a core teaching of Tibetan Buddhist Dzogchen. The second statement is: Deciding upon one thing and one thing only. What is the "one thing"? This talk includes the root text and commentary from "The Special Teaching of the Wise and Glorious King" by Patrul Rinpoche, as well as brief supplemental comments and explanations by Yogi Khenpo.
