As we all know, getting admitted as an attorney is a journey on its own. From putting in the hours to draft your application, to the anticipation of getting a date that is sooner to the anxiety of having the LPC scrutinize your application to the excitement of actually taking the oath.
Today my chat is on the anxiety of having the LPC scrutinize your application. There seems to be a high number of queries raised by the LPC on admission applications from wording to technicalities. I have taken my time to research and compile the most common queries raised. At top 1 we have disclosure of directorship or holding office elsewhere (non disclosure can actually lead to you forfeiting the period already served of your articles) .
