Описание: An Electromagnetic Distance Measuring equipment have become very popular for land surveying. An EDM device consists of an emitter, a prism reflector and a receiver. The emitter and receiver are built-in components of the telescope. The emitter operates in the certain range of the electromagnetic waves. Thus EDM totally related with emission, propagation, reception and reflection, and subsequent reception of some kind of electromagnetic wave. The equipment such as Geodimeter and Tellurometer have high range of 15 km – 100 km, and can measure the distance with an accuracy of 1: 100000 within measuring time 1.5 – 4 sec. This video is an educational resource and is focused on methods of distance measurement, Electromagnetic spectrum, wavelength regions and their applications, and expression and methods for EM distance measurement. Here as one learns the content he/she will be able to state basic principle of EDM and explain methods of EDM.
