🧾 Ingredients (Chicken & Vegetable Kabab) Chicken – 250 grams
Boiled Potatoes – 2 medium (mashed)
Potato 500 gram
Carrot – 1 small (grated)
Capsicum – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
Onion – 1 small (chopped)
Green Chilies – 2 (chopped)
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Fresh Coriander – 2 tbsp
Red Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Cumin Powder – ½ tsp
Garam Masala – ½ tsp
Black Pepper – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Cornflour / Bread Crumbs – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1 (optional) / flour mixture
Oil – for frying

👩‍🍳 Method
In a bowl, add minced chicken, mashed potatoes, vegetables, spices, and herbs.
Mix well until a smooth mixture forms.
Shape into kababs.
For immediate use: Shallow fry until golden brown.
For freezing: Arrange kababs on a tray, freeze, then store in airtight bags.
Fry directly from frozen when needed.
