This episode I call in Ryan, a professional climbing arborist, to bring down a huge big leaf maple tree that was leaning dangerously over the spot where my vintage camper will live, and I will sleep.

As land steward to my woodland property, I never make the decision to fell a tree lightly, and all the reasons that ultimately led to the choice to bring this majestic giant down are discussed in the video.
While this is in no way meant to be a “how to” or instructional video, you'll see what to my eye looks like excellent precision chainsaw work, including two great examples of a large diameter "bore cut", as well as lots of intricate and complex tree climbing techniques.
