At the foothills there is a Suraj Manda where we find stone sculptures of Hindu deities lying openly, they are worshipped. Approximately 16 kms. from the state capital of Jharkhand, Ranchi, Sutiyambey Garh is situated on the gateway of famous Patratu Valley. It is very well connected by road from Ranchi as well as Ramgarh. People like to have a long drives to Patratu Valley passing by this grand treasure of history of the region. There are road side Dhabas for your refreshment too.
