My most favourite Cherry / Chocolate blend is the Cult Blood Red Moon, So when i was given some of the GH American Black Cherry to compare it to the Cult I was happy to oblige. This comparison is mainly for the benefit of UK pipe smokers who cannot get hold of the Cult which is only available in the US. So let’s find out how good is this blend & how does it compare to the Cult.

Gawith Hoggarth's American 'BC' Blend (Black Cherry) is a well balanced blend of Black Cavendish, Burley and Virginia with a classic black cherry flavouring. There's a pleasant mild almond like hints and the sweet cherry flavouring that remains throughout the bowl.
This tobacco is excellently blended so that the cherry flavour works together with the base leaves to produce a black forest gâteau sensation.
Notes: Due to EU regulations, this is renamed and sold in those countries as "American BC Blend
