Knowing you have a market for your future organic product is an important part of the transition process. In this video, four buyers of organic produce, representing an organic distributor, organic retailer, food hub, and farm to school programs, discuss organic market channels in California. Organic market channels vary over time. Talk with buyers in your region to build relationships with them and to learn if there is a market at the price point you’re looking for the crops you grow.
