Bend is getting expensive! As you can see here, Bend Oregon’s median list price is $899,200, so I thought it would be helpful to tour the more affordable neighborhoods in Bend. You can find single family, stick built homes in all of these neighborhoods for well under the median sales price, in fact, I made sure there were homes available for around the $500k-$550k. In today’s video I am going to tour and talk a little about each neighborhood, the nearby schools and amenities, to give you as much information as I can to make the move to Bend Oregon a little easier.
