In this video is shown testing of Defective COP Coil-On-Plug Ignition System.
Typical malfunction symptoms:
Hard engine start
Unstable idle RPM
Poor engine performance
Increased fuel consumption
We connect the equipment and capture the signals.
We observe the operation of the ignition system on Toyota Avensis 2008.
We use a COP adapter that allows to display on the screen voltage pulses in the secondary circuits of all individual ignition coils at the same time, together with the synchronization signal of the cylinder #1.
