Part 12
There are a few things that can be done in Zora's Domain, one of which is obtaining the Silver Scale. This allows Link to dive underwater for a longer period of time.
In order for Link to enter Zora's Fountain, he needs King Zora's permission to do so. After heading back to Lake Hylia and finding a bottle with a note written by Princess Ruto, the King allows Link to enter the Fountain. This is where Lord Jabu-Jabu resides. Around the area, there's another Great Fairy that Link can talk to.
