The Blight has been defeated. The Darkspawn have refused to go back underground. They continue to spread terror and destruction across the land. The Hero of Ferelden is appointed as Warden Commander of Vigil Keep.
Malkavin has gathered new members for the Grey Wardens. It is time to explore the Keep further and gather what information possible. Malkavin is given word that some Darkspawn have been trapped underneath when some of the underground passages collapsed. This could be how the Darkspawn broke into Vigil Keep so easily.
Malkavin decides it is best to investigate these passages before leaving Vigil Keep...
