INGREDIENTS
-2pcs carrots sliced into small chunky cubes
-2pcs potatoes sliced into small chunky cubes
-1tsp salt and ground black pepper
-cooking oil for pan frying
-1pc each red and yellow bell peppers
-2pcs chopped onions
-8cloves chopped garlic
-500g Red tomatoes sliced
-1Kg ground pork
-2Tbsp tomato paste
-1/2tsp salt and ground black pepper
-1Tbsp knorr liquid seasoning
-4Tbsp soy sauce
-2Tbsp oyster sauce
-water enough to almost submerge the ground pork
-85g liver spread
-hard boiled quail eggs (optional)
