In Greek mythology, Lethe was one of the five rivers of Hades, also known as the river of forgetfulness (Potamos Ameles). Lethe ran around the cave of Hypnosis and through the underworld, where everyone who drank it experienced a total amnesia.
In classical Greek, the meaning of the word Lethe is, literally, "oblivion", "amnesia" or "concealment".
The piece was written in 2012, and is based on two themes, like two forces or two worlds, which oppose to each other throughout the piece. The structure of the work is a continuous development, just like you can not enter the same river twice.
